HOW WE STARTED

Beginning as a real estate development company, KDC began building and leasing back facilities. KDC began by building for themselves, this "owners perspective" has proven to be a valuable piece of the design-build system that is run by the general contracting division today.

Word of mouth has been an asset to KDC for years. The success of KDC's design-build team was undeniable, and soon other projects were contracted around the KC metro area and the nation.
